James Vivian is without a doubt, the best clinic if you’re looking to invest in your skin and skincare regime. I have been a client for around 4-5 years now and my skin has never been better. The team are so attentive, friendly and accommodating. They will tailor to your skins needs and your budget whilst working with you on maximising your skins potential to achieve the best glow ever. My advice - run don’t walk, book that appointment today!

I haven’t looked back since my first treatment in July. The team (I usually see Rachel or Hayley) are so knowledgeable and have great experience in what they do. They take such great care in getting to know you and your skin concerns, while also having a sustainable and practical approach to skincare and routine. Looking forward to my next treatment!

The team at JV are simply the best of the best. I’ve been a client at the clinic for almost 4 years, I’ve had a treatment by nearly every team member (who are all so professional and experienced but warm and welcoming at the same time) and I can’t speak highly enough of them. The treatment menu is perfectly curated, the facilities immaculate, the artwork to die for, and aftercare top notch. You will always feel like a valued client here, and your skin will be in the best possible hands!

I am extremely fussy when it comes to my (mature) skin and I completely and only trust James (& his excellent staff) with my treatments. His knowledge of the skin is incredible, his treatment is thorough and the products he uses are the best of the best. The clinic has a great ambience and I love that there’s 2 hour free parking available close to his salon. Definitely recommend.

I had such a great experience at James Vivian. Every touch point was considered as soon as I walked in the door. I felt like all skin concerns were attended to, and my skin so clean and is glowing! I consider myself a discerning and evidence-based individual who has been continuously impressed and surprised by the knowledge and skills of the team at JV. My skin has never looked so good and I wish I’d started seeing the team sooner!! Everyone is super lovely and whilst it may seem intimidating at first, everyone is warm and welcoming, in a way that made me trust my dermal clinician immediately (Matt is my skin saviour). What I loved the most was that each step and product is explained, and my questions were always answered with detail and clarity that I don’t think you can get elsewhere. This has been by far the best thing I’ve spent my money on this year!
